Vouchers that cover spay or neuter plus a microchip at PALS in San Marcos, for income-eligible Hays County residents. You pay only a $10 fee for cats or $25 for dogs. Book a time and apply online, then wait for approval.
For Hays County residents who are low-income, unemployed, have a medical hardship, get Medicaid, SNAP or SSI, meet TEXCAP income guidelines, are veterans or active military, or are students. Caldwell, Guadalupe and Comal residents may get help when funds allow.
Pick an appointment time and apply for the voucher online. Wait for approval by email before you bring your pet. Apply under the full legal name of the person bringing the pet.
Vouchers are used on PALS's weekly surgery days.
