Book online or call (210) 673-7722 and pick the Ingram location. A $25 deposit is needed. Drop off at 7:05am for dogs, 8am for cats; after 8:45am you'll be rescheduled. Feral cats and walk-ins: arrive by 8am. For free or discounted surgery, apply by form, phone or in person (11am to 3pm), or join the waitlist.

Bring a rabies certificate or vet record; a tag isn't enough. Dogs on a leash, cats in a carrier, feral cats in a trap. Cancel by email (ingramclinic@snapus.org) by 7am the day before, or you lose your deposit. Other recommended services are paid the morning of surgery.

Grants of up to $1,000 toward emergency vet care for low-income pet owners in Bexar and nearby counties. You pay 10% of the bill plus anything over $1,000. Apply before treatment, with your vet's estimate.
