Who can use it

For unowned outdoor cats that live in the City of San Antonio.

  • Cat must live strictly outside, with no owner (no collar, tags or microchip)
  • Cat must look healthy and weigh at least 3 lbs
  • One cat per humane trap or secure carrier
  • Ear notch required
  • Cat must go back to its colony after 24 hours; dumping cats is illegal
  • If you plan to keep or rehome the cat, use the low-cost form instead

Fill out the TNR appointment request on SNIPSA's website and pick a date. Up to 6 cats per request.
