Who can use it

For owners who can't afford the clinic's prices. You don't have to be a current client, but all care must be done at this clinic.

• Must show a denial from Cherry or another vet financing company
• Must show a government photo ID
• Must show proof of disability, Social Security, workers comp, Medicaid or Medicare, other government aid, a caretaker letter, or income under the clinic's limit
• Angel Care Fund does not pay for routine care or spay or neuter
• Bring proof of a current rabies shot for surgery

Fill out the online application. Staff will contact you about papers and to set the appointment.

• Veterinary Assistance Program: discounted routine care and spay/neuter
• Angel Care Fund: help with lifesaving or quality-of-life treatment such as amputations, obstructions, eye surgery, heartworm treatment, pyometra, emergency C-section and mass removal

Any balance is due at drop-off on the day of the appointment.
