Irving residents can get free spay/neuter vouchers with rabies shot and microchip for pets, plus free TNR for community cats. TNR drop-off is the 2nd and 4th Tuesday, 8-10am, up to 3 cats.

Pick up a voucher at the shelter during open hours (or call 972-721-2256). For TNR days, just show up 8-10am with the cat in a trap.
TNR drop-off 8-10am, pick-up 3-5:30pm. Remaining 2026 dates: Oct 13, Oct 27, Nov 10, Nov 24, Dec 8, Dec 22. Shelter open Tuesday-Friday 1-6pm, Saturday noon-5pm.
