Who can use it
Cat must live in Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Licking, Madison, Pickaway, or Union County. Feral-cat tier is "solely for cats that live in feral cat colonies -- indoor cats or tame outdoor cats are not eligible."
- All cats altered through the programme are ear-tipped, including owned pets
- Feral tier is only for cats living in feral colonies
How to get in
submit online application; vouchers reviewed and issued weekly; explicitly "no walk-in basis, no exceptions"
